Dean and Sam investigate several murders at Oktoberfest. The first victim was found with bite marks on her neck, much like a vampire would leave, while the second victim has wounds that look like a werewolf attack. After a mummy rises from his crypt, Dean determines that a shape-shifter demon is terrorizing the town as iconic monsters from the old Hollywood movies

Chloe and Jimmy are kidnapped after their engagement party by a jeweler who wants to test their love. Using a lie-detector to quiz them, every time one is caught in a lie the other is punished with a surge of electricity. Clark and Lois discover that they are missing and pose as a couple to lure the kidnapper out of hiding. Chloe and Jimmy survive, answering the questions to the jewelers satisfaction, who sets them free; unfortunately, Lois is kidnapped by the jeweler. Clark goes to her rescue, but a kryptonite bracelet the jeweler wears weakens Clark. During the line of question, Lois admits that she loves Clark. Before Clark can answer he manages to strip the bracelet off the jeweler and then knock him unconscious. Later, Lois chocks up her "love" for Clark as nothing more than a lie, which she was able to accomplish by slipping the lie-detector electrode off her finger.

Everyone's favorite bartender Owen returns to Tree Hill and introduces Nathan to a basketball team called Slamball who want Nathan to join the team. Meanwhile, Mouth continues to do brilliantly at his on-air position in Omaha.

Primeval is a British science fiction television programme produced for ITV by Impossible Pictures. Created by Adrian Hodges and Tim Haines, who previously created the Walking with... documentary series, Primeval follows a team of five scientists tasked with investigating the appearance of temporal anomalies across Great Britain and containing prehistoric and futuristic creatures which enter the present.

First broadcast in the UK on 10 February 2007 and since expanding to an international audience, overall reception of the programme was positive during the first and second series, maintaining a 25% audience share in the United Kingdom during both series to date.[1] Prior to its 9 August 2008 broadcast on BBC America, the program received generally positive reaction from American critics as well. A third series has been commissioned and is now in production for a January 2009 airdate.
