Based on Terry Goodkind's best-selling fantasy series, The Sword of Truth, this series follows woodsman Richard Cypher as he transforms from woods guide to magical leader, with a task to stop a vicious tyrant.
Legend of the Seeker is produced by ABC Studios for syndication. The series was formerly known as Wizard's First Rule.
In hopes of revealing the hidden location of the third and last Box of Orden, Darken Rahl casts Richard under a dream-like trance.

Legend of the seeker S01E11
Season 1 Episode 11:Confession
When two resistance fighters against Darken Rahl die under suspicious circumstances, their leader, Connor, requests Kahlan's help. Zedd set off on a separate missionto retrieve the key to a crypt where they will hide the third Box of Orden from Rahl. Richard and Kahlan arrive at Connor's home to find him dead. Kahlan uses her Confessor's power on a thief named Niles, who tells them that he killed Connor. They discover too late that Niles, who was hung for the murder, was not responsible. When Kahlan finds Nile's sister dead and Richard convinced that he is the murderer, they believe that magic is being used by the real killer to give others the memories of killing the victims. The town's constable, Declan, brings forth evidence that Connor's wife, Nella, had committed the murders but he is revealed to be the murderer and a Rahl follower. Zedd rejoins Richard and Kahlan after obtaining the key and repairing his relationship with his brother.

Zachary Levi (Less Than Perfect) plays Chuck Bartowski, a nerdy computer tech who has a database of government secrets downloaded into his brain. Chuck soon finds himself recruited by John Casey (Adam Baldwin), a veteran NSA Agent, for espionage work with his new partner (and first date in ten years) Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) - leading Chuck to live a split life of computer geek and secret NSA missions.
Chuck and Sarah go undercover as a married couple in the suburbs. Meanwhile, Big Mike has to face a divorce, so the Buy More team try to distract him.
